The Cover Up: Citigroup's Internal Investigation of 2014/2015

This page describes the actions of Citi following my complaints submitted in November and December 2014 and the steps taken by the bank to cover up their actions. 


Latest Update (9 March 2018): 

My application to the Court of Appeal for permission to appeal against the cover up of the internal investigation documents has been supplemented by an Additional Argument on 9 March 2018, while the EAT Rule 3(10) judgment has been published. The original Grounds of Appeal , Skeleton Argument and Bundle of Documents  dated 5 December 2017 are maintained. The case number is 2017/3301, decision if the application will be accepted is pending.
